*MODEL RELEASE- That you grant us the right to use all digital negatives and/or reproductions from your photo session for display, publication, related website and blog use, contest entry, and/or peer review. Although you have the option to purchase the rights to print and share the images which result from your session, they remain our intellectual property and are our copyrighted material. They may not be used for any commercial use without our written permission.

Terms and Conditions:

Your images will be presented to you in an online, password-protected gallery within three weeks of your session date.

All images are copyrighted by Little Blue Barn Photography. Any purchased images can be printed as desired and/or posted on social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc...), personal websites, and blogs. Because we retain the copyright to every image, you may not use them for advertising or other revenue-producing purposes without express permission.

You will be presented with 25-50 images from your session (minis 10-20 images). Though many more images will be captured, our quality standards and your completed session questionnaire will determine which pictures will be selected and edited. Each image is custom-edited. Due to our workflow structure, additional images will not be shown after the gallery has been posted.

Photo sessions are limited to immediate family members only. Due to increased editing time, additional family units can be added for $50 each.

Nicole will travel up to 10 miles from her studio in Woodridge, IL for on-location sessions. If you’d like to schedule a session at a location farther from this, please contact us for a travel quote.

Full Sessions are up to 45 minutes in length, Mini Sessions are up to 20 minutes in length, Newborns are up to 4 hours. Nicole works quickly (especially with little ones!) to capture your images. Through experience, Nicole has learned that children respond more positively to a session that “keeps things moving”. One of the keys to success is staying aware of each family member’s comfort level. If all necessary images have been captured before the full session time length is completed, Nicole will either continue photographing for additional options or end the session, depending on the children’s moods. Please be aware that the price of your session reflects the final product of a beautiful gallery of images, not necessarily the full duration of the session itself.

Please limit your family session to a single outfit per person (no wardrobe changes). If you have a specific situation that requires an outfit change, please reach out ahead of time to inquire.

Your online gallery will be active for 1 week from its post date. All orders should be placed within this 7 day period. After your gallery expires, we will charge a $25 fee to reopen it. This policy is non-negotiable.

Print orders are limited to corresponding purchased digital images only.

Print orders will be delivered to your home within two weeks of the order date. Due to the custom nature of photographic prints and products, all sales are final. If, however, there is any issue with a print or product you’ve ordered through us, please let us know so we can make it right!

All print orders are subject to applicable sales tax.
